About Ana Elvira:

Ana Elvira is happily married. She has 4 children and 10 adorable grandchildren.

She expresses being motivated by a desire to empower herself through learning about sexual harassment and the existing rights, laws, and resources, and then being able to educate her coworkers, change the toxic culture in the workplace, and “break the silence” about sexual harassment and violence in the workplace.

My vision is to go to all workplaces and inform employees that they should not allow anyone to mistreat them, neither their colleagues nor supervisors, and that “Enough is enough!” of all types of harassment and sexual abuse.

Ana Elvira Zavaleta completed a 40-hour training course to become a certified professional instructor in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Abusive Behavior in the Cleaning Industry.
