Ivonne has 8 years of experience in the janitorial industry. She is married and a proud mother of two daughters. Ivonne became motivated to learn more about a center due to being a survivor of abuse at work. Her life changed after discovering the available resources for individuals experiencing workplace abuse and connecting with passionate people dedicated to changing the industry. Ivonne envisions herself sharing information and resources with those in need, particularly her peers who may be going through similar experiences. Her ultimate goal is to become a capacitated instructor, expanding her knowledge and preparing for a meaningful career in this field.

Ivonne Ileana Ortiz Cruz completed a 40 hour training course to become a certified professional instructor in the prevention of Sexual Harassment and Abusive behavior in the cleaning industry.
