About Cristina:

Life did not give Cristina an easy path. She began working at the age of 15 to help support her family, and when circumstances led her to a new city and a new beginning,she started working in the janitorial industry.

Today, her three daughters are her biggest motivation. When the opportunity to take the 40-hour training came, fear nearly held her back. Cristina has discovered that she is doing exactly what she always dreamed of doing, which was helping people. Her biggest achievement is proving to herself that she could continue to grow and rise above her circumstances.

Cristina Mercado completed a 40-hour training course to become a certified professional instructor in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Abusive Behavior in the Cleaning Industry.
