About Hilda:

Hilda has called San Diego, CA home for most of her life, and she carries with her a deep and abiding pride in her roots as the proud daughter of janitors. Hilda was inspired by the stories of the women in the industry, to the realities her parents faced, and to the profound need for workers like them to feel seen, heard, and valued.

Hilda never imagined herself standing before others as an instructor  yet it was her deep commitment to education and her lifelong passion for empowering people through physical well-being that highlighted her ability to uplift others and inspire them to give their very best. Her quiet dedication and hard work continues to pay off as she walks forward with purpose, continuing to grow in her own journey while lighting the way for her peers.

Hilda Lopez completed a 40-hour training course to become a certified professional instructor in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Abusive Behavior in the Cleaning Industry.
