Born and raised in Tijuana and now proudly rooted in San Diego, Sonia brings with her a spirit of resilience, dedication, and an unrelenting commitment to showing up fully in everything she does. With over a decade of experience in the fast food industry, Sonia has built a reputation for giving her very best with a positive attitude and a work ethic that speaks for itself. Driven by a desire to understand her rights and be prepared for whatever challenges the workplace may bring, Sonia sought out the Ya Basta training to arm herself with knowledge and stand on firmer ground within the janitorial industry.

Sonia is a woman with dreams that stretch beyond the horizon, including the personal ambition of one day owning her own business. Sonia Rodriguez completed a 40-hour training course to become a certified professional instructor in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Abusive Behavior in the Cleaning Industry.
