About Maria:

Maria is proud to call herself a strong, independent woman. She has built her life alongside her partner, stepdaughter, and sister who also works in the industry. While she treasures the support of her family, Maria recognizes that much of her perseverance and success have come from her own determination and resilience. Every year, Maria reflects on the goals she has accomplished and sets new ones, always pushing herself to grow and move forward. She believes in taking responsibility for her path and strives to remain independent while continuing to strengthen her skills and knowledge. Maria is also deeply aware of the challenges that exist in the workplace, including sexual harassment and abusive conduct. She has chosen to take sexual harassment prevention training, demonstrating her commitment and empowering herself  and others. She hopes to become a role model for others in the industry.

Maria Teresa Pereyra completed a 40-hour training course to become a certified professional instructor in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Abusive Behavior in the Cleaning Industry.
