Enrique is single and has 1 child and 4 grandchildren.

“I am proud to be part of the Ya Basta Center!” says Enrique. What motivated me? Contributing, even in a small way, to preventing and eliminating sexual harassment. When I heard about what the center was about, I was interested in being part of it to eradicate that type of behavior.

In a positive way, I see the situation from a different perspective. Your behavior changes a little when you realize that the type of behavior you used to have can be annoying or offensive to people. So, it’s about how you behave and how you relate to your colleagues.

I believe that visiting workplaces and starting to deliver these trainings, conducting workshops, and providing all the information we have acquired to our colleagues is a very important goal of the Ya Basta Center. We want them to identify how to prevent harassment and sexual abuse in the workplace.

Enrique Navarro completed a 40-hour training course to become a certified professional instructor in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Abusive Behavior in the Cleaning Industry.
