About Guadalupe:
For me, it is a privilege to be part of the Ya Basta Center. Thank God, I have neither been harassed nor sexually abused, but I have had colleagues who have shared difficult experiences they have had in other buildings, and that is what motivated me to be part of this center. Its main objective is to continue learning and training more and more, in order to provide training and support to numerous workers. Now, my goal, my mission, is to enter through the front door, to share my knowledge with my colleagues and create a cleaner industry without sexual harassment. Guadalupe is always willing to encourage anyone to advocate for safe working conditions for all janitors.
Guadalupe Ramos completed a 40-hour training course to become a certified professional instructor in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Abusive Behavior in the Cleaning Industry.
